Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt.
The quality of the clothes and the customer service was very good. I noticed recently that a number of shirts are being offered without the option of a pocket. A pocket is important to me personally.

Placed order and took over a week to ship. Then shipping took about 2 weeks.
The one problem I have is I have a large neck (181/2) and buying a shirt from you with that size neck you assume I weigh 300 lbs. I do not i weigh 190 lbs. so all your shirts fit like tents. You are not alone as other off the rack shirts fit the same way. If you change and sell regular fits for large neck people let me know.

The condition of the shirts I was sent was very poor. The package was wet and after notifying customer service I was told to wash them and see if they were still damaged.08-Feb-2013Service rating : The customer service department was dedicated to making my experience a good one. After getting my shirts laundered I found that the issue with the shirts was not permanent. I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending the shirts back and waiting for replacement shirts so I kept the shirts.Product rating : Same as other shirts, package was wet when I received it. But after laundering the shirt it was fine. Customer service was more than willing to replace the shirts but I didn't was to go through the hassle of sending the shirts back.
Nice product, fast shipping considering it's from overseas. The 14-day return policy on sale items is a little tight.

The order did take a bit longer than anticipated compared to a previous order. Believe this order took over two weeks to arrive.

my husband loves french cuffs and Charles Tyrwitt has a good selection. He also prefers the feel and weight of the fabric over most of what is available else where. The shirts are also a good value.
Quality and service are great
Good Customer service - flexible on solving problems with monograms size and placement. Waiting for return of corrected item - Will have a final opinion when I have the corrected shirt.
The quality of the shirts has improved a lot! A while back it had been downgraded! Can't have your shirts, suits and shoes made everywhere! Customers recognize that quality costs and will pay for it. No one wants shoes that smell like plastic!
Shirts fit great! Website is great! Staff has been VERY helpful and friendly! Will be buying ALL my shirts from Charles Tyrwitt - will be trying them first for some new suits too.
