The service was good. I got the order on time. The only thing is that I didn't get the tracking # for the parcel/s with my order. I got only confirmation and for me it was difficult to understand when I will get my order. As soon as we were on vacation and have rented the apartment, it will be better to know the exact dates of the delivery and not to be nervous that the parcel/s come when we already leave the rented apartment.

There was a delay on delivery of the tie but the company was very attentive.
Your company has reduced the sizes that you are offering! Your latest catalogs no longer offer 16.5"collar/38"inches arm length. Ill-fitting shirts I can buy in any strip mall or supermarket for that matter; for that I don't have to patronize a shirt maker back home in Europe. I have already written about this to Mr Tyrwhitt Wheeler at the UK address of your company, but have not yet received a reply.
Generally no issues so far. Let's see how they handle my return.

I noticed on this recent order that the extra slim fits are now a similar fitting to what the slim fits were previously. It took some trial and error of getting the slim fit shirts (too baggy) but I do love the extra slims.

Although the casual fit dress shirt I ordered came as extra slim fit, the customer service team processed a replacement order immediately. I received excellent customer service & the customer service rep was very attentive, efficient & courteous. I subsequently received a phone call updating me that the replacement shirt is back ordered to early to mid June. Charles Tyrwhitt knows how to remedy a problem which resulted a positive customer experience.

I have purchased several of your ties wihtin the past two to three years. They are flawless and beautiful.
Unfortunately my original order was lost. But they corrected it eventually. I love the product which made up for the mis management of my original order. I would have liked some additional gift vouchers though as a 'sorry' given it was a $300 order.
