The mail-order experience was first class. The telephone manner was refreshingly professional re. knowledge, friendliness and an overall impression of trying to do the best for the customer.
As always service and products are of the highest possible standard.
The sleeves were too narrow. There is a lot of inconsistency in sizing of shirts which there didn't used to be. Also the material varies and the cotton doesn't seem to be of as high a quality.
The quality is excellent BUT having ordered 3 formal shirts 17.5" collar and 38" sleeve length, the size guide for the casual shirt suggested that Large should fit. However it is much too small.
