This is the second pair of shoes I have had and the stitching has, once, again, come apart on the top of the shoe. This is a shame as I love the shoes but I think the manufacturing quality is not quite right. Ben, in your customer service team, was great and has organised a refund - which I appreciate. Thank you

After wearing only once the stitching on the top of the right shoe has come apart. I will have to return the shoes. This is a huge shame as they are very comfortable.
