The stock information on our website is quite up to date and the expected dates would have been displayed next to the items when you placed your web order. I am sorry about the missing returns labels though - this is certainly very unusual! Thank you for your feedback on our shirts, we will take these on board for our reviews.

Read more	I sincerely apologise that the item you wanted in exchange for the returned shirt is no longer available and more so that a credit hasn’t been issued to you for a replacement to be ordered! These occurrences are incredibly rare indeed – this is the sort of thing that we’re available 24 hours per day to help resolve but we’ll drop you a line shortly to discuss and get to the bottom of this.

It goes without saying that stock levels are low towards the end of a season as we’re intentionally looking to sell out of products that won’t be available in the new season in order to make room in our warehouse for the new items. Our catalogues are printed well in advance of them being delivered to our customers and it takes time for postal orders to reach us and so it’s possible for an item to become unavailable in the time it takes the catalogue to be delivered and for us to receive the order request in the post. Furthermore, just because an item is sold out in the size you require does not mean to say it is unavailable in all sizes and therefore we will continue to advertise it so our other customers don’t have to miss out. We’ll take your comments on board for the future though so thank you for taking the time to write to us. In the meantime, every item is in stock in every size at the beginning of a season or at least can be pre-ordered so ordering early on is the best way to avoid disappointment.
