Too under-generous a cut for a 16.5" collar - material like rice paper compared to shirts of old (if I might put it that way).
Quality of products and servce excellent as with previous orders. The non-iron shirts really live up to their description.

Excellent purchasing experience. One of the two shirts had a very minor mark on it. I returned it and emailed to let Charles Tyrwhitt know, and they sent a replacement shirt in advance of receiving the original one. Great service.

After agreeing my order & bill I realised that I had not been offered the 4 for £100 on shirts. I rang back & was immediately given a rebate. Perhaps the original staff member could have taken me through the pricing options as I was buying on basis of this offer (& one on ties which apparently I had "misunderstood")

Very pleased with the quality of the shirts. Its good that you can choose the sleeve length, most of the time when buying from multiples, you don't get this option.

Excellent shirt. I commute on a bike and use a shirt shuttle to carry my shirt. The creases come out quickly and you look smart for the whole day
Past collar size17 1/2 now 16 1/2. requested reg. sleeve size was surprised to find sleeves were too short however I needed shirt in order to attend a funeral so had to use it ,as do not usually wear white shirts.Fault was completely mine so can not complain..

Loved the clothing; excellent fabrics, styles, design, colours & precision sewing. My son has received so many comments on his new attire and has made a great impression on his workmates and clientele! I was very impressed on the prompt delivery. I have only one comment in regards to the packaging spending over $1,300 the clothing should have been packed in a professional fashion and as well the carton box received was quite damaged.
