it would have been excellent but for my refund for the two shirts i returned to your milton keynes office. i was told over the phone that i would get a full refund for the two herringone shirts - one blue and one white. i was only refunded £24.95 for the white one. i had to remind you by email that i returned two shirts. i was then only refunded £14.95 for the blue one. i would be grateful if i could receive a full refund. the two shirts in question were clearly shorter on the body than all the other shirts i have previously ordered from you. in fact i ordered another herringbone in lilac at the same time and it is definitely longer. Apart from the above, i have been delighted with the quality and fit of your shirts. Regards Sean McKay

Good quality, fair price delivered promptly
By no stretch of the imagination are these shirts slim fit. They have a slightly more tailored fit than a 'regular' shirt, but that is all. The non-iron claim is also dubious at best - they are pretty creased on washing and there is only minimal drop out upon drying. Decent quality shirts, but slim fit and non-iron status are best taken with a pinch of salt.
Products are nice and the buying/delivery went smooth. I will most likely become a regular customer.
Very pleased. I used to use Saville Row... But these shirts are frankly much better in quality and fit. They arrived in great time too.
I was very used to the UK site and happy with it. I believe the shirts are more expensive on the Australian site! I have been buying them for many years.
