Calling your order-line from Australia, during our daylight, it was a great pleasure and surprise to deal with someone who was actually employed by CT (not out-sourced) to work UK night shift, and spoke English as their native language.

The issue is with my size. 48 collar invariably means a poor shoulder fit and too roomy elsewhere
