Execellent information product and service. This has been my second purchase and I will be buying again.
The quality of your shirts is getting worse. The collar is not as stiff as it used to be. The cotton is not as soft as it used to be. Please use better material. In the double cuff shirts, please provide only one cut for cufflinks, not two.
Delivery was slow but it was around Australia Day so may have been an Aussie Post issue.

The original items that I ordered was not sent due to the late processing of my order the items went out of stock. So I have lost out on what I originally order over the sale period16-Jan-2013Additionally looking at my bank statement I was told that I will not be charged extra for the alterations in items selected. However that was not the case as I was charged more that my original order. Which made me have to return the items due to lack of value for money. This has been the worst shirts buying experience I have ever had. Not only did the customer service assistant not give me full detail originally from my 1st call but I was also lied to as well when told I will not be charges extra for the change on products.
This shirt is terrible for creasing. Okay under suit jacket.
Excellent reliable service with good choice of quality clothes and shoes. Over the last few years have bought more form them and now first place I go to for shirts, ties, cuff links and shoes - have also started buying some casual cloths and not disappointed.
I was informed by Email about delivery date and the shirts arrived on the expected day .
quality at a bargain price
Would normally say excellent but I have noticed that there is some inconsistancy on the last couple of 'slim fit' shirts I have received as to just how slim they are. This shirt is not as slim fit as my slightly older slim fit shirts. It is more a cross between 'classic' and what I had become used to as 'slim fit'. PS. the older ones are definately slim fit and not 'extra slim fit'. It is also quit dissapointing that all 'slim fit' shirts are slightly shorter than 'classic' fit - I'm 6' 4" and originally started buying your shirts in part because they were slightly longer than others. It doesn't make sense that they now come up shorter just because they are slim fit.
