It does seem that the despatch was delayed due to a backlog in our Warehouse and I do believe we were in touch later to convey this. Your disappointment is understandable though - please forgive us on this occasion. I'd also like to reassure you that we've rectified this already and I'm confident your next experience will be a better one.

I have also noticed that the ties appear to be 'shortening' in overall length (perhaps to save on the cost of silk etc). This is awkward for me as I'm very tall. Read more	No Comment

CT are one of the few companies that do a 15" neck with 35" sleeve which I need. The slim shirts are a great fit for me - I'm 6'1" and obviously slim build. The brass collar stiffeners are a very nice touch.	No Comment
