Very swift response, easy to use website
Unfortunately the shirt was not available in 18.5" so I had to choose between 18" or 19". ! chose 18".WRONG! So as I opened it yesterday, the day of the wedding i was going to,I didn't look as smart as I would have done. I will now get it changed.

CT provide great service as always, prices and quality cannot be bettered anywhere on the high street.
Looking for a crisp white shirt and this is not that. However very acceptable when worn on a cold day.

Goods arrived quickly as described
Previously I have had probblems with Hermes delivery but Charles Tyrwhitt were excellent throughout given that it wasn't directly their issue. This was previosuly sorted out using Royal Mail and this time round it all worked perfectly. Thoroughly recommended!
I bought two at size eighteen and tried one on, but it was too tight at the neck so I had to return both and ask for replacements at size eighteen and a half. I have not yet received the replacements bu you have sent me an email promising them in due curse.
