I found the service to be top rate. My first order had to be returned purely on the basis that the sizes were slightly out. I contacted the company and they sent out a revised order, which I received within two days and my first order was reimbursed within a few days. All in all a good shopping experince.

Superb fit and finish.
The jacket was a poor fit and the shoulder/neck stitiching was of low quality causing puckering of the fabric.

However, the jacket is cut rather too long for my shape, so I have had to return it.
I was originally after a linen suit but I saw this silk/linen blend for around the same price as a linen only suit it was a bargain and MUCH nicer.

Delivery from local carrier's depot to my home was slow.
Very pleased. Items arrived quickly and one refund was processed in a matter of days.
The silk/linen jacket arrived mis-labelled as short but was in fact regular or long. By the time it was returned and the fault discovered all the 42S were out of stock. Trousers were no use without the jacket (suit was required). Very disappointing.
Excellent quality but, alas, no 'short' style in the sale. Feeling poor ! Regular too long I will have to grow !
