I have been using Charles Tyrwhitt for many years now, first for my husband, and now my two sons. The service is always excellent as are the shirts which speak for themselves with how often I place orders.
As always, attention to detail superb, as quality of everything we have purchased.
The choices were excellent and ordering was easy, although the web page was a little clumsy to use when amending the order. The products arrived promptly.
I had alterations to the shirts ordered which in the end, were actually too short for my father, however, CT offered to exchange the shirts for the standard size with no quibbles whatsoever, their customer service is always consistently excellent!
