The usual good service.
Great quality and fit and you can choose your sleeve length. I only buy Charles Tyrwhitt shirts now. Why would I want to buy from anyone else? The previous ones I have brought have always washed well. They always look a cut above other shirts.

At 16 stone I'm not exactly fading away, but this shirt drowns me. I wondered if it was desinged to shrink in the first wash, but it hasn't significantly. I have now measured the shirt and it is bigger in every dimension than the published measurements for slim fit shirts of this neck size.
