Easy to order web site. Received goods promptly. A little unclear about the offers on, at any one time you can only use one offer and this isn't made very clear.
Have used CT many times, and each time i have had an excellent experience. Even once when i had an issue i spoke to their call centre staff (UK based) and they are very polite - the kind of service you expect at the Shangri-La!!! Their excellent customer service is one good reason (apart from the quality cut) for choosing CT.
