Delivering the product in a timely manner and the returns process works well. Quality Control seems to be non-existent based on the six shirts ordered to-date. Two ties were OK. Overall - very disappointed and unlikely to use this company again.

The delivery was excllent -it arrived 1 & 1/2 days earlier than expected and placed inside the front door as requested. Just one miner criticism (am sure I am not in an minority)My neck size is 17I/4 (43cm)--171/2 is too large .An in between size would be more comfortable and cooler. that little extra would make all the difference. I understand that the womens fashion industrey are adjusting their sizes in clothing due to changes in figurers etc,perhap we should be looking at men sizes
