I have used Charles Tyrwhitt for some years now and have always been totally satisfied.
The picture in the website did not give a very good indication of the colour / finish on the tie, on arrival it was not what I was expecting or what I wanted - I have returned it to be exchanged for another tie.
Beautiful tie, expensive but excellent quality. Worth paying more.
