website was too complex regarding selection options and trying to navigate around, thankfully it seems to remember your preferences so when going to another shirt, your measurements are already taken into consideration.
Very easy to order the products and you get lots of options.

Great Service. I originally oredered the wrong size, but before they goods were despatched I talked to a customer service rep who changed my order (without fuss) and it still got to me when promised, Excellent.

Very Impressed with the service. The only improvement from my point of view is that I like a button hole for cuff links on single cuff shirts. I don't like double cuffs.
