I have been a customer for many years and always been pleased with the service, both online and in the shop (Jermyn St), and the products.
Shirts are all a great quality and service and delivery is excellent. The onky thing I would say is to have another set of buttons on the cuffs as you can't adjust them. (Which is hard to wear when u have a bulky watch)
