Excellent quality products and service let down by poor packaging. The box was over-filled and poorly sealed and when the courier was delivering the parcel to the door it burst open spilling all the goods on to the wet ground. Fortunately the individual articles were sealed in plastic and un-damaged. If this had happened in transit items may have been lost or damaged.

Excellent (as usual. If I had one minor criticism of Charles Tyrwhitt's range, it is the lack of short sleeve shirts capable of wearing in the workplace. They all seem to be "regular fit", rather than slim or tailored. I'm not sure why that is? If the range of short sleeved shirts were increased for Summer, that would be ideal from my perspective.
Disappointing that despite previous feedback provided, these ties are shorter than average and do not lie correctly on anyone 6'2" or over.
I have found the service & quality of the clothing outstanding. Whether I have dealt with staff in the shop in Cambridge or over the phone, they have been exceptionally helpful, without being 'sales pushy'. They genuinely care about the service they provide, a trait difficult to find in today's society.
