I have been wearing TM Lewin shirts until I was tempted by an offer for Charles Tyrwhitt shirts. I'm delighted with the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts I bought.

I'm trying these shirts out, I like the small touches (like the brass collar straighteners for example)and they seem to be somewhat better tailored compared to the Lewin shirts which I normally purchase. Ordering online was quick and easy, overall so far so good.
Hassle-free online purchase which arrived earlier than estimated and left for me to receive according to instruction. I am happy with the quality of the shirts. However, I called and requested an advertised £10 for purchases beyond £100 and was assured this would be facilitated. My account has not reflected the refund.
