The young woman on the telephone was very patient and helpful. I am a difficult chap but she was great. The shirt quality is very good. The added sleeve length for me is wonderful.

Very quick. Order and delivered in under a week with standard service.
Fast and efficient. The tracking facility for the courier was less impressive. The stages/comments giving information on the progress of the parcel were not at all clear.
