The coat is lovely, but unfortunately the hanging chain has come off after 3 days wear!, hopefully it is a one off flaw - watch this space...

Super quality coat - excellent cut and finish. All in all, brilliant value for money.
I was very disappointed with the phone service. Staff weren't able to give knowledge of the product. I was asking about sizing as my husband had bought a raincoat (faulty) from your london store which cos 180 (!) And I was trying to replace it qith a lined version and wanting to know whether the coat I was interested in, actually had a lining. He was unable to supply info. Disappointed that beige coat which was still being shown on internet, was then not available. We are still coatless! We're sending summer raincoat back as its faulty anbd alsoi very expensive for what it is. No lining cheapens coat.

slightly disappointed that at the bottom of the rainmac the two flaps don't overlap or even meet. Would have appreciated a bit more length.
The only thing that compromises the service is the cost of returning items that do not fit despite selection of the correct size. Competitors including T M Lewin offer free returns.
