I had a problem with 4 shirts previously purchased and returned them because the sleeves had shrunk. This was after returning others as the sleeve lengths were not correct.
When placing my most recent order I stipulated more than once that the sleeve lengths had to be 37 inches and they were wrong when I received them!! I wish they would give me my money back with the postage.

I’m very sorry to read this! The shirts in question are from our casual range and were ordered in a size medium as you’ve had from us before – our casual shirts don’t come with a range of sleeve length options so the medium shirts all have the same sleeve length and I do apologise if you were advised otherwise when you ordered. The shirts will shrink slightly when washed for the first time but only to the measurements we advertise online and there’s no reason for them to go beyond this provided that they are cared for as per the washing instructions. Please be sure to contact us directly when you’re ready to place a new order for the replacement shirts and we will arrange for the items to be sent with no extra postage charges to pay.
