Very good tie
Prompt service, excellent product
The website didn't accept my voucher code (promotion through the post) and I didn't notice it. I called up customer services and despite being just past 2pm they still adhered to the next day delivery and applied the £5 off code. Ben from the constomer services department was very helpful in getting this processed. Thank you - and keep up the great work.

I have bought lots of 100% silk ties in my time but have waited to purchase my first 'Tyrwhitt' as they are rather expensive. I don't mind paying the right price for things but overall I am disappointed with the quality of the tie in comparison to the price. The weight was not what I expected, it is too light and as a result, it has minor 'buckles' in it when hanging, this I expect from cheap ties but £50... No. Way. The end edges are bumpy and not smooth at all. Within an hour of wearing there was a loose thread along the main stitch and another loose thread from the pile of the tie. I refuse to say it is a bad tie, it isn't, but I certainly expected A LOT more. Sorry :0)
I still re-itterate,that for £4.95 p&p,one should get next day delivery.Also,all!! shirts should come with a left hand breast pocket!! It's a hike charging £6.95 for this!!
