Nice shirt, but sleeves were too long....mistake in ordering

During my first order I would have purchased more products, in particular the ties, which were noted at 2 for £40, Online I managed to order 3 at £20 each, but whenever I added the 4th product it registered at full price

I have always bought my shirts from Jermyn Street (someone other than CT), and the price per shirt has always hovered around £70 - £100 per shirt. 4 shirts for £100 seemed like an offer so good that I had nothing to lose. I was expecting the quality to be lower than my usual shirt maker, but on first wash and wear, it isn't! Hopefully the shirts will wear and wash as well as my other shirts, and I will have more than halved the amount I spend on shirts. The only constructive feedback I have is that the shirts could have slightly longer tails, but the overall fit is excellent.
Poor quality, impossible to iron, looks crumpled.

Very long delivery. Had to chase for order reference. Phone service outstanding.22-Jun-2012You have nothing to worry about. It is a different finish to what I normally buy. Delivery was 6 working days but was advised by very helpful staff how to obtain quicker delivery and also how to track my parcel. I would not go away from CT but just need to make sure I order the correct weave next time.
