The delivery service was poor. After the package had been dispatched it took 6 days to arrive and when it arrived the package was heavily damaged though the products did fortunately remain intact.

Your website is not easy to operate. I responded to an offer by you for shirts @19.95 but even after entering the code it took me a good 20mins to access this offer. If you are boosting sales with special offers they should be more accessable than this.
