Charles Tyrwhitt | You offer excellent service..... what is not good however its that this feedback service demands a written comment . You are getting free market research from committed customers, yet you insist that excellent is exemplified. I understand that if somebody has had poor service , you would like to know why. Surely the people who design the feedback page can programme it to 'excuse ' those given excellents from having to say something. I think demanding a comment is not necessary, and given that people are given their time to help you , I think it is bad mannnered and 'pr' own goal...i am a regular longstanding customer, -over ten years-who frequently does'nt bother to give feedback , since I am forced to spend more time than I want to give .I complained about this on the phone recently and your adviser said they agreed with me by the way |
