The colour of the shirt was not as bright as it appeared in the catalogue
You sent the wrong shirt. The outer label said "Orange" but the inner tag showed "Green" which is what the shirt was. No "Orange" were left in stock when we rang.
I just love everything I have ever bought from Charles Tyrwhitt. What more can I say? I'm proud to be seen wearing their clothes.

I love almost everything about this shirt, but the one thing keeping me from loving everything is the one thing that caused me to rate the shirt as Good instead of Excellent. Why on earth would you not have the shirt include slots for collar stiffeners? That's the first thing I noticed when I unfolded this shirt. The colors are great and the size is perfect, but I've got to deal with this ridiculous collar that doesn't stay down. Honestly, this was almost enough for me to return the shirt, something I've never done with CT.
Quality all the way
I have a number of shirts and polo shirts from CT Shirts and am very pleased with the quality and comfort. Also as long as you buy in the sale they are very good value for money.
