I think that Charles Tyrwhitt UK provide an excellent service - telephone staff are friendly and helpful. Recently when I had a wait for a telephone operator I decided to try Online instead and found it very easy. The website is both sophisticated and simple at the same time. It is clear, easy to navigate and to make decisions and place orders. The quality of your merchandise is excellent and as I love a bargain enjoy purchasing in the sale, as you offer this quality in sales too.
Excellent rapid service as always. One shirt had a fault so was returned and was replaced in less than week from original delivery.

Their goods are super BUT they are expensive compared to other similar products and that's why I generally buy at sale time but I certainly believe they are well made.

This is an unusual, but vibrantly colourful shirt which is generous in size and excellent quality. The Navy, orange and yellow striped one, and the Lemon and Aubergine polo are also much more colourful and positive looking shirts than I would normally buy, but all three are absolutely spot on. I'm really pleased with all three. They are so much better than beige!!
