Great service. Particularly pleased to be advised immediately that the socks where out of stock so other arrangements could be made (they were part of a gift). Other companies sometimes take ages to inform or worse don't bother. Delivery was also good on this occasion (sometimes I have problems when carriers try to deliver during work hours) then again the parcels were small enough to fit through letterbox. Top marks.
