As always delivery on time, product well packed and presented
The item looked lovely and soft at the touch, so I was very pleased with the purchase.However, I washed it once and the collar got unstitched about an inch and on the neck there was a hole because another part unstitched too. Very disappointed, it's a waste of money as it's impossible to repair.

I realise that your menswear is the primary target, however you also have lovely women's dress shirts - this is an underserved market and I really think you should emphasise these to people who are clearly interested in purchasing womenswear.
