Although the order was delivered in several parts I was kept informed about the balance of the order and was only charged for what had been shipped. Well done - your customer service is very well thought out and implemented.

Excellent delivery and returns service. Personally I would prefer a better choice of quality casual shirts including button down. I now rarely wear a tie for business purposes.
One item was lost in the post. Once I had highlighted this to the company I received a replacement the next day.

Only criticism I have is delivery. Two of the shirts were not due for delivery until after 8th July, but were delivered on 14-16th Jnue. We were away from 14-21st June and the parcel was on the doorstep when we returned. Probably for 4/5 days. I have never liked the Home Delivery Network and don't think it's right to leave parcels on the doorstep.
Prompt delivery, excellent returns and refunds. Shirt arrived even though not expected until July. Great service. Phone contact was also very efficient and friendly.
