I wanted to change two shirts from an order and this was done easily and pleasantly.
The look and design of the cardigan is fine but there were weaknesses in the assembly and some of the stitching. For me, there was also a lack of room in the sleeves and shoulder areas even though I had a medium fit instead of my normal 'small' fit.
