Whilst shirts are always excellent I have been repeatedly disappointed by CT's knitwear. I have bought 2 or 3 Merino wool sweaters in the past that all shrunk so that they wouldn't fit a small child despite following washing guidelines to letter (never had a problem with other manufacturers). I should have returned these but did not. I thought I'd try the cotton based cardigan instead of a wool product and the stitchwork has come undone around the collar area already.

As long as the washing label instructions are followed there should be no issues with shrinkage and I am sorry if you have been affected in this way. The collar of your cardigan certainly should not be coming undone in this way. We will give you a call to sort this out.
