I just asked for a password reminder and the site kept refreshing itself with no message or anything. Please can you advise me on how I access it? Also re: the voucher - the Ts and Cs were overly prohibitive, I would not use one again.

Service good, think that the delivery charge should be less.
Good except that courier just dumped the parcel in the garden at the bottom of the drive. Luckily, it didn't rain. Drive gates open automatically and all other deliveries come to the door.
