Superb casual shoe and very comfortable to wear.
I like these shoes very much. They are roomy while also having a great shape. The leather is not the softest, but I think it will soften up with use. It will be interesting to see how well they wear.

Not what I expected from from CT15-Apr-2013Service rating : The service and products I have received from CT are very up and down. They are very good or very poor. I really don't know what consistency to expect.Product rating : The shoes are poor quality and hard and very un-flexible considering they are a casual type. I really cant be bothered to send them back.....even though I will be losing money.

For regular buyers like myself, it has to be possible to have a FREE DELIVERY service at anytime. I do get Free Deliver offers that are valid for a short time, but I am working in Switzerland - and find out that - these offers have expired when I get back to the UK or when I am ready to order an item. Please consider providing a FREE DELIVERY service for a longer period, and I am sure you will notice an increase in orders.
Nice shoes, however there is a pronounced ridge running under the ball of the foot which makes them very uncomfortable.

I am satisfied with service. Please do something about the labels on shirts. They irritate the neck. As soon as I receive a new shirt from you I take out the labels before wearing
A little disappointed about the out of stock corduroys ordered at the same time, especially since they were only ordered for the winter and are only due to arrive in a day or two when, hopefully there's not much of the winter left!

The shoes are good quality and look good but I feel they are exceptionally roomy, especially in the length. Is this due to the style or are they a generously sized 8. Unfortunately I had to bring them away on holiday so I know I will be unable to change them. John Laycock
Plenty of width in the toe box, very comfortable and look great with casual wear.
Half sizes for these shoes would have been helpful, the size I got was slightly too big but the previous size would have been too small.
