Lovely tie
Apart from the items I received I ordered another shirt which was not sent to me. The reason was that this shirt was discontinued but in fact I was never informed about this. I had to get in touch with the customer service to check what happened. Apart from that everything was top and experience was good.

From the quality of the staff who took my order to the effecient delivery i was very happy with the overall service experience.
I ordered a navy blue tie with fleur-de-lys pattern and was sent the navy blue tie with herringbone spot. I had already received this tie with a previous order so why would I need it again. Luckily this tie was ordered for my brother in law and he was fully satisfied with this. Cost of the ties was similar. Order was by phone.
