Overall service excellent
Very very good. Visited the Bluewater store and found the lady to be most helpful. Would recommend you visit the store and get measured and try on the shirts so that you order the correct size, a free service that is well worth it.

Would be nice if a top pocket cost a bit less. Quality is excellent.
Excellent quality products and service let down by poor packaging. The box was over-filled and poorly sealed and when the courier was delivering the parcel to the door it burst open spilling all the goods on to the wet ground. Fortunately the individual articles were sealed in plastic and un-damaged. If this had happened in transit items may have been lost or damaged.
I had a problem with the size of the shirt and I got a quick answer with two options. CT Team was very nice, fast and helpful. The Team made me feel that I am important.
The product was exactly as advertised, Which is not always the case with all conmpanies.
Delay in receiving parcel as couriers sent it back to the senders and new parcel had to be sent out which arrived late for a birthday present
Very professional approach
The courier delivered to an unknown address and my order was lost but within a few days a replacement was despatched to my work address without any fuss or bother. I would recommend them for their fine quality shirts but also for thier superb service.

Always good quality, but I do feel that the quality of the poplin fabric used more recently seems a little less silky than before. Gauntlet covers are narrower than a few years ago, too (a saving on fabric?). Having said that, happy with the fit, look and feel of the shirt.
