Delivery quicker than advertised
This comment is applicable to both shirts. Good looking shirts, husband pleased with both. I'm less pleased as I had not realised that he hadn't ordered non-iron shirts. Non-iron shirts come out of the tumble dryer with pressed creases in sleeves and require minimal ironing. These do not! Won't make the same mistake again.
The service I received from Tyrwhitt's was up to its usual excellent standard from the call ordering perspective through to prompt delivery and quality of the products.

good quality cotton but shirt style spoilt by small shaped collar with collar points curling up.25-Apr-2012Service rating : Pleased with my Charles Tyrwhitt shirts except, as indicated in my earlier feedback, the area size of these particular clasic collar styles is too small. Charles Tyrwhitt would do well to compare these collars with the clasic collar area sizes of other well known shirt manufacturers. Good fit, looks smart
Have used CT many times, and each time i have had an excellent experience. Even once when i had an issue i spoke to their call centre staff (UK based) and they are very polite - the kind of service you expect at the Shangri-La!!! Their excellent customer service is one good reason (apart from the quality cut) for choosing CT.
