Bought a 36" waist to replace the 38" that are now too large, and they were at least 4 inches smaller round the waist, very unhappy as the suit is still fairly new but I am unable to purchase trousers that fit. Sizing seems to be way out.
Service is excellent, as ever.

I have bought two suits from Tyrwhit and on both pairs of trousers the rear pocket button has fallen off during the first wear. You are not having them back though. They fit perfectly!!

Trousers were a little "thin" for a suit from the autumn winter catalogue.
The option of trousers with no belt loops, but side adjusters instead, would be an excellent addition to the range. I also think the leg should be 1/2 to 1 inch smaller at the bottom. Especially with 10oz cloth - they do flap rather... A slightly deepre turn-up would also help.

This is the first time I have ordered a suit from Charles Tyrwhitt. The trousers and waistcoat were available however the jacket was only available from the Edinburgh store. As my daughter is a student there she was able to pick it up for me. I feel Charles Tyrwhitt should have arranged to have it delivered to me.. the jacket was put aside for me and my son is delighted with the suit.....

The botton popped after first wear of trousers maybe due to to much eating over festive period but delighted with the suit and recommended to a number of my staff that commented on how smart the suit looked at meeting. Will certainly be buying my suits from you guys in future as previously a TM LLewin man.
