I have overjoyed with the service both online and at the store in Manchester city centre. I will definitely be using CT many more times. Great products, well cut, constructed and stitched. A pleasure to own and wear.

Two snags on tie but I managed to deal with them rather than return the tie. Perhaps it would be better toseal the plastic sleeve.
I ordered next day delivery but it didn't arrive the following day. I emailed and it was responded to very quickly advising me that the parcel had been sent to the wrong depot but that it would arrive on Day 2. It did arrive on Day 2 and the postage and packing was refunded as promised.

Good products, shirts reasonably priced. Accessories too expensive.Far too many 'special offers' - has anybody ever paid full price for a Tyrwhitt shirt? Way too many brochures-they seem to appear monthly.Surely once every 3 months is sufficient?
