Usual good Tyrwhitt service
Very good quality and fit.
Quick dispatch and excellent packaging as usual.
Occasionally let down by the couriers used eg Hermes. Otherwise would be excellent.

They are good overall but one occasion delivery was late and it was because of them, and even though I paid extra for next time delivery and order arrived a day late I didn't receive any compensation or even an apology when talked to them on the phone.
Lightweight and comfortable
light khaki is a brownish green - this is nearer a pale corn. The zip was too light weight as a nylon one - never before seen on men's trousers by me. BUT this is the only poor item I have had from CT in the years I have bought from them.
