Ordering was easy. I would have appreciated an email letting me know that my shirts had been shipped. It is kind of nervous when you advance a sum of money and await products that are sent regular mail without tracking. Anyway it worked out fine but one improvement would be to advise your customers via email that products have been shipped.

Charles Trywhitt's shirts suffer from two major problems from my point of view. 1 The classic fit is far to tight when compared with other shirts of the same kind Marks and Spencer for example. 2 The classic collars are not what they claim they are half way between classic and cutaway 3 The material is cheapish when compared with what they claim. If they paid attention to points 1 and 2 above I am sure their sales would greatly improve. Certainly I would buy loys more of their shirts. Their tirs are among the best around
I've been buying Tyrwhitt shirts for many years but have noticed that the length in the body has become shorter, particularly at the sides.
