returning an item was a complete pain, and emailing them often produced frustrating results first up. but once i spoke to a chap on the helpline, issues seemed to get resolved much quicker and the replacement items ordered quickly and easily

Compared to other shirts I have from 'high street' outlets the quality and feel and fit of the Charles Tyrrwhit shirts is obvious, they are such a joy to handle that even ironing is enjoyable (well - almost!)
I sought assistance from the customer service department once I had placed my online order and had a first class service from a chap called 'Daniel'. He was not only polite and extremely helpful but actually applied logic and common sense to resolving my query. He also followed through with his promise to 'check my account after a couple of days to ensure all was well'. The whole customer experience was excellent - well done. My Husband was really pleased with the products too. I will use Charles Tyrwhitt again as it exceeded my expectations in all respects.

I first had a Tyrwhitt shirt for work with the company logo on it. Over the 3 years it has never faded and washed and ironed well which is why I decided to purchase some shirts This shirt is made from good material, is an excellent fit and feels good on . I feel I am wearing a quality shirt without having paid the earth for it. It also washes and irons well.

The 17.5 inch neck seems a lot bigger than other makes of shirts. I would be unable ot wear a tie with such a neck size and have swapped the shirt for a smaller neck size. Perhaps it is my other shirts which aren't quite 17.5 but eitherway I know now to buy a smaller size of CT shirts.
