Paying postage costs to return items is not great... Would expect returns to be free from a company of this calibre.
Delivery not as good as it used to be. Hermes is not a good delivery service.

This was a free gift as I ordered shirts through an Ocado link and is just great. It has a horizontal shading and is very up-to-the minute without getting close to the recent black tie undertaker look

I have been a customer for many many years now, my wardrobe is full of CT shirts, ties and shoes etc and I have never had the slightest reason to complain about delivery time, cost or quality of anything! Well done.
CT have got it right with their Tailored shirts - slimmer than 'slim' they have a great fit. I prefer these to the Black Label which, although higher quality are sometimes a bit over the top on the finish making them sometimes unsuitable for everyday office wear. One thing I will say about CT is it can be a bit of a lottery when you order. The following week after I ordered, they introduced a limited extra 10% off which would have saved me a few extra pounds.
