I ordered two pairs of trousers, but you supplied only one pair. There was no communication from customer services around being unable to fulfil the complete order.
Poor fit for me but also felt the material was very stiff and likely to crease easily

I have returned this item. I thought it fell far short of the usually excellent CT quality. The material is stiff and shiny, and the cut is poor. The process of getting a refund (my first experience of this with CT) was very efficient.
