Though the service is good,the returns policy is certainly not expected from Charles Tyrwhitt. It is not fair that one has to pay delivery charges if an item is returned because a customer did not like it or the measurements were not right. Fourteen day return policy for sale items for goods meant for professionals is highly inappropriate. Those customers buy on-line as they are pushed for time and to expect them to return within 14 days is not right.
