My tie arrived before Christmas, but the cufflinks were out of stock at that stage. The cufflinks were eventually dispatched in mid January, but when the package arrived it was empty! CT UK's customer service was excellent. They apologised for the situation and checked with the courier to see if it had fallen out en route. Unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found. CT UK have taken back the (matching) tie and are replacing it with my new choice of tie and cufflinks. Excellent customer service!
