That said... I am deeply impressed with the service and quality. Read more	Thank you for the great feedback and for raising the point regarding postage and returns as it is worth discussing. The reason we don’t offer postage and returns for ‘free’ as standard is that the cost of doing so would have to be covered elsewhere in the business and we would much rather be upfront with how our pricing works. With that said, exchange orders are sent out with no extra postage costs to pay. Of course, we do appreciate your comments on this point and we’ll be taking this on board for the future.
